Well, yeah, but that always caused a mess because…well, because like Jews, if there are two of us in a room there’ll be three opinions. People were followinf different sightings/methods, so we’d end up with two different starting & ending days.

This year I was under the impression that everyone was going to follow the scientific calculations for the astronomical full moon. Everyone in the U.S. started on July 20th and since the astronomical full moon is today, I thought tomorrow would be Eid, but I guess I was wrong. Or something. It looks like it’s going to be Sunday (it can;t be any later than that becuase that’s 30 days, the max).

*sighs, scratches head in confused frustration* You know what I like best about Jews? You guys can feel our pain when it comes to stuff like this. LOL
