Yep, way over the top IMHO. I am not for gay marriage, but for civil unions. I would not vote to repeal the Maine law though, and my opinion about gay marriage puzzles even me. Something about respect for a religious tradition by a agnostic I guess.

Ehh…holding beliefs simply because it is tradition is a bad reason to hold them.
