I don’t think wholesale reform is viable right now, and if history is any guide probably won’t be for decades. We’re stuck in the regulatory framework of the ACA for the foreseeable future. hopefully that Vermont will be able to successfully implement single payer within the structure of the ACA and show some folks how it’s done.
