I just came in from my morning walk. Now I have not been walking very much over the last couple of months; the cold (and it is cold to me) makes it painful to move around. If I am cold I hurt in my bones and joints, but today it is nice outside so I went out to do my walk.

I cut it really short because I just couldn’t go any more. Came back in I felt like my chest was in a vise blood was coming out of my nose and i was puking.

Dam this bum heart.
