Well… I could make a West Virginia joke, but that wouldn’t be fair to all the decent, intelligent folk in the Mountain State, but dayum - the stupid is strong in this one.

I had the gag that she’ll be voting to cut other 18 year olds access to student loans while telling them to show more responsibility but then I realized that’s not a joke.
