Eyewitness testimony is shit. The more studies come out about how unreliable perception and memory is the more I wonder if it should be allowed in court at all.

E.g. you can’t have real Holocaust history without testimonies. Neither would have many war crimes been possible.

The solution is to try and substantiate any given testimony with other evidence. And to have as many testimonies as possible.
