haha!

I loved it. I actually got up at 4 a.m. to watch it. I thought it was a lovely wedding. Kate is a breath of fresh air being breathed into that family, they need her.

And to answer someone else - why were women so fascinated by Diana? I think part of it was we watched her transform from a cute but bit frumpy shy girl, to an elegant self-confident woman, and it was an interesting transformation to watch.

I also think some of us felt a bit sorry for her - it seemed obvious to me that when she married Charles, she loved him madly, and he didn’t much care about her except for making the babies. It was a bit sad, watching her come to the realization she had been duped. She was only 19 or so, I think, when they got married. Way to young to know what she was getting into.

That’s the good thing about Catherine. She and William were together long enough that she knew exactly what she was signing up for. A much healthier start to a marriage than that of William’s parents.
