Not at all, but those are two (of many) that there is NO doubt about

Saying that certain people are guilty is not a counterargument, at all. I have no clue why you think it is.

Saying certain people are innocent, therefore those that are 100% guilty should get off (in the examples above) is not a counterargument. I have no clue why you think it is!
