There are indeed too many cuts on the military. One in six soldiers has to go I believe it is. I am very much against it, but the athmosphere overhere is unfortunately anti-military. “It only costs money and it serves nothing”.

My personal point of view: an army is needed in a very violent world to save and protect the free way of living. Money spent on the military is in other ways (salaries for example) going back into the economy and could like that be beneficial for many other parts of society as well.
