You can see the rust bleeding through on the joints around the conning tower right under Jong Un’s hands. They’re riding on a museum piece, which is what the Romeo class is (a relic of the Soviet sub fleet from the 1950s, before the Soviets pursued a nuclear sub fleet).

Not that the US doesn’t have a few of those either - they’re called B-52s, though they’ve been outfitted with the latest tech and have outlasted the more “modern” B-1, F-117, and may well outlast the B-2 due to being the more versatile airframe.
