Has Barr been on the talking head circuit recently or did he just scuttle off to hide under a rock around Christmas after tendering his resignation? Given that he is not a totally ignorant operative he had to know something was in the air and about to come down.

In hindsight, I wonder if Barr knew what was about to go down and resigned so he wouldn’t be criminally liable. Spoilers: It doesn’t work that way.
