All true. I’d add two more points.

1. Michael Yon and Michael Totten are also not trained journalists, and have proven to be the only credible source on mid-east war reporting to date.

2. The MSM (especially the TV ‘journalists’) are all about how they look, IMO. They ‘report’ from the back and get their scoops from dishonest stringers.

BTW - I was just playing on nick-names. I was not trying to belittle Joe’s accomplishment.
