What make/model of computer? You can probably download the original disk images and drivers from somewhere on the mfr’s support site.

Cousin works for the TSA now so he needs “Word” the Federal government (or at least his branch) does not except documents in any other format. As I said in my original post the manufacturer will not even sell me back-up disks for the original programs because the warranty has expired (thanks Microsoft, thanks a lot :p).

Buying a new copy of Office 2010 makes no sense either because for that price you could get it bundled for free with a brand new computer. It seems I really don’t have any viable options here…
