Speaking of colonoscopies, one of my friends put off his first colonoscopy until he was 60. Polyps were found and some length had to be removed. He has since become an evangelist for getting colonoscopies starting at 50. I have to schedule one for later this year. And yes, the day before is worse than the actual day of.

3.5 years until I have to get one. I’m not the greatest at going to the doctor, but embarrassment is not one of the reasons. I’ll be scheduling one of those when it’s time.
