Oh Christ, where to begin? Either these morons trace their ancestry back to the Puritans and other religious conservatives who were so uptight that they were thrown out of Europe. Or they trace them back to more recent roots planted by groups like the Irish and Germans, whose waves of immigration were met with horror by the Americans of the time because even though they were Christians, they were the “wrong” type of Christians and thus posed a threat to America’s moral fabric. Hell, it was just two generations ago that you had people in screaming fits about a president who was a Roman Catholic!

So which version of Jesus Christ do these nimrods think made America and kept her safe?
