Originalism is an absurd philosophy. I just wish it would be discredited already. Then again it fits in with how they interpret scripture.

You said it. What’s giving me cognitive dissonance is that they are strictly originalist when it comes to reading books - which is an insanely literal philosophy - and yet they can’t even live in reality and have to invent their own, which is the extreme of imagination.
