OT $1B more in grants for schools. Obama in Washington giving yet another speech at the Department of Education.

Grants do not get paid back, folks. I don’t care that they are setting it up as a “competition.”

“America will not succeed in the 21st century unless …” Using that tired threat yet again.

Have to turn the channel. sheesh.

And Obama made no effort to save vouchers for DC schools, either. And kiss the charter school movement goodbye.
