I took a cue from Christina’s parents. Her mother really clapped when he he first talked about her. I figure that if they seemed okay with it then it was okay.

For a city that’s been grieving for the past 5 days, I can understand the need to applaud for the victims, first responders, and basically any other reason you could think of.

I won’t lie…..originally it felt like a campaign event, and I’m sure this will be the focus of certain people tomorrow……but personally the more it happened the more emotional it got.
