Spain, like Belgium claims “universal jurisdiction” over war crimes. It is interesting to note that while the concept they use was designed to be used on pirates, they don’t actually use it on pirates anymore, since that would require actual moral courage at times. Instead, they use such laws to harass and persecute honest citizens of decent coutries for defending themselves and their nations. Bad, bad, sick.

Now wait a minute. I thought the U.S. were the world police as declared/whined by the rest of the world.
