I agree we need to improve our immigration system, but not by adding bigotry. I think anyone advocating such needs to think of the vast number of worthy contributors to American society that would have been screwed if such a bigoted system had been in place when their families arrived here.

I agree in principle of course but how do we keep militant Islamists out of the country?…wouldn’t we have to profile and thereby open ourselves to accusations of bigotry?…is there a solution or is it a Catch 22?
