This seems very similar to me. There is a situation here that needs to be fixed. Fixing it need have NOTHING to do with any current claims.

There is no problem that needs to be fixed - there is already a constitutional requirement for chrissakes. This bill is just a redundancy that is specifically designed to lend oblique credibility to a bunch of dipshits.

This is a bad precedent.
