He’s basically bitching about at feminists for “saying” that womanhood is defined by feminity but those same feminists are okay with Caitlyn Jenner being in his own words “Bruce Jenner in a dress.”

The other way around, it’s feminists who generally balk at the idea of femininity defining womanhood, conservatives who think it does. Hence the fixation with gender norms, MRA’s like Roosh railing against women with short hair, etc.
