Okay. That’s an argument that you can make— though I don’t think you’re correct to do so.

However, what I am currently arguing against is whether it’s okay to summarily execute someone who is not resisting, ever.

I do not believe it ever is, and I do not believe that anyone can wield that level of authority justly.
