I hope he got this statement approved by whoever is holding him by the short curlies. What a waste if it doesn’t grant him whatever he’s looking for. The statement was really dumb for the reasons you highlighted and he again lends credence to the book.

And is this dude broke? I thought he was pretty damn rich independently. Or just greedy? I confess sometimes I can’t grok what these uber rich power players are motivated by and when they decide it’s okay to stick their chest out and go against the grain.
