I’m pessimistic enough to think the natural sequel to this will be retirement hospitalization (lengthy) for multiple broken bones.

He remembers riding one about 50 years ago. Unicycles are remarkably safe, for as scary as they are. You almost always land on your feet when it rolls out from under you.
