Do any of the “Christian bakeries” check the marriage records of the men and women they are baking cakes for? Like because you know they would totally deny cake to someone divorced once. I jest because I know the answer to that and I think it shows you how the whole “I won’t bake a gay couple because of my religious beliefs” is just their way of saying “I won’t serve a gay couple because I’m a primitive bigot.”

If they could get away with “No Gays Allowed,” they’d do it. The people arguing today that they should be able to discriminate against gay customers are no different than those a generation ago who argued that being allowed to discriminate against black customers was their right.
