We’ll likely have keilbasa and sauerkraut for St. Patrick’s Day. Something something extremely eastern Ireland.

The Keilbasa Line was across the street from our Pittsburgh Irish turf. My Irish cousin went to was forcibly moved to a Polish Catholic HS across the Monongahela, where she had to learn Polish.
