That makes me so g-d- mad. The UN, in typical gutless fashion, will take the least effective course of action. Kim Jong-Il isn’t starving; the North Koreans are. Who is going to kill that fat son-of-a-bitch? Who is going to freeze his bank account? Better yet- who is going to stand up to China which has always backed North Korea?
I guess if someone isn’t starving themselves, why should they care about anyone else?

And the UN’s track record is poor to say the least, what with the Oil for Food Program as their most recent accomplishment. Of course this time it will be tougher for them since they won’t be able to blame Bush for starving trillions of Iraqi children. They might actually have to get creative this time.
