You’re asking the wrong guy. Other than what the FCC is entitled to regulate OTA, obscenity laws are archaic. Isn’t there a federal trial involving a porn producer going on currently? I seem to remember reading about it fairly recently.

What I’m saying is, we don’t get to dis Canada about their dirty housekeeping when we’re wallowing in mud in the living room. ;-)
