So, does that mean one of the states can now charge Mr. Flynn? After, doesn’t that mean he’s no longer protected from state charges, and can he can no longer plead the Fifth?

I wonder if Pennsylvania could go after him for that kidnapping plot against Gulan? Kidnapping is a state crime as well as a federal one.
