no, you are…it’s relevant to the questions that may come up regarding her status at the time, not whether a crime was committed…implying she was not a single person in the loose, maybe looking for a relationship…that stuff comes up in court…it helps shape her character

And she’s not going to court. She retained an attorney in case Cain wanted to take her to court for speaking out, IMHO.
