If they were the ones— and it does seem fucking likely— that threw fireworks at a cop, then they should go straight to jail. Preferably, it would be one of those nice rehabilitative jails that exist in my fantasy world, but we’ll have to make do with one of those ordinary ones. And anyone who saw ‘em do it and didn’t turn them in should join Paterno in the “You Suck As A Person” club.
