This isn’t good. I’m trying to implement an ad server at my website and we’ve had a week of back and forth between the ad server program tech and my hosting tech, who just said:

“I am escalating this ticket to our Level 3 engineers. Please hold on.”

Cripes, NOT the LEVEL 3 ENGINEERS!
