I know nothing about the organization’s actions. Just looking at a few things on this particular site, I see nothing “hate speech” about it. It stresses non-violent, unarmed resistance to policies it disagrees with along with news items supporting that disagreement. There are no comments enabled.

It accuses Israel of “apartheid” while never mentioning the acts of Islamist Terror that force Israel to take defensive measures. They also have provided cover for Hamas and other Islamist organizations to smuggle weapons into Gaza (indeed Rachel Corrie was killed while providing such cover). Their constant drumbeat of vitriol aimed at Israel is the behavior of a hate group. Even if they themselves do not kill, they protect and shill for those that do.
