I’ve got a copy of that too. It’s on my reading list (if I can ever find the time). I finally decided that I’d check the syllabi from various universities that offer polysci programs and pick the most common books to try to get at least somewhat objective material. The thing is, it seems history is always being revised—I don’t mean like in the flat out lying wingnut manner, but rather in light of new knowledge. It’s aggravating.
