Hustler magazine used to publish a full page comic inside the back cover that was called “Chester the Molester,” It was about a large beer belly carrying and drooling guy interacting with very young girls in very inappropriate ways. Chester was basically the same meme as “Pedo Bear” only more than 20 years earlier. People still use the term “Chester” to describe a pedophile so it has become part of the language in some areas of the country.
