Yeah. Anyone who’s taken “a semester or two” of any subject knows just enough to be extremely dangerous. Incomplete education should be classified as a lethal weapon.

Yeah. The ranks of Creationists, Truthers, and AGW Deniers are filled with the incompletely educated. One guy told me his favorite Conservative blogger had ‘a background in Science (psychology), and so I should believe it when the blogger says that there aren’t enough different weather stations in the world to tell you anything about temperature trends. Another thinks his experience as a polymer chemist trumps mine in Molecular Biology in discussing Evolution, particularly the mechanisms by which new genes are generated.
