I don’t know. Tea partiers claim to have read it. I think its more of a prop than anything else. Use it to pretend you’re well read, or hold the door open. It’s a multipurpose prop.

There are many ways owning this book might improve your life, you could use it to prop up a table with a wobbly leg, you could throw it at a burglar bludgeoning them into submission, who knows you might even read it!
