I don’t care for Russian dressing, not that great a fan of corned beef, and used to not like sauerkraut that much. But I’ve been eating reubens for years since the product is greater than the sum of its parts.

There’s a deli a few miles away from my office that makes an absolutely wonderful Reuben. Pair that up with their Matzoh Ball soup, and I can fall into a food coma bliss (and have quite a few times)!

Parkway Deli in Silver Spring, MD. Oh man, I’ve yet to find better in the area. I highly recommend it.
