They’re a payment processor. They have the power to have a TOS. Just like any company that does business on the web has a TOS. Ebay has the right to kick your ebay listing to the curb. paypal ahs the right to cancel the account of someone advocating hate speech. Etsy has the right, redbubble has the right, cafepress has the right, Lulu has the right, etc etc etc etc etc

Nobody’s holding a gun to the Harpy’s empty head and saying she has to have a paypal donation button on her site.
