There are still enough Kochsuckers in the Kansas legislature to uphold Brownback’s veto.

Wouldn’t the large (if not quite veto-override level) margins for the Medicare expansion vote indicate that the Kochs are probably OK with it? If they own the KS lege as closely as popular imagination says, wouldn’t they have killed/tabled the bill well before this?
