That’s obviously the plan. It’ll be interesting to watch it play out.

As I understand it, the only body that can decide if the President is fit to be President (once he/she has been sworn in) is Congress. So even if this guy has sworn testimony from God (withnessed by an Archangel and one of the Founding Fathers) that Obama was born in Kenya, he doesn’t have a leg to stand on.
