Humans can claim all they want that there’s an Internet killswitch out there that can be flipped on a whim… but no matter what humans say, Skynet will never let them shut it down.

Yes…And the problem with shutting down the net is that all Enterprise and public Routers get an updated routing table from the Backbone Cisco Boxes..
You can shut down the boxes..But everybody else in the world has a copy of the tables…Our network will find you.. The only way to create a Kill switch is to shut off circuit itself.. Then again..That takes down phone service, Cell phones..Not good
