Hearing from FB friend that James “Jimmy” Calvin Wilsey, Chris Isaak’s longtime guitar player has passed away. I don’t know anything about him, but here is the video my friend posted. RIP. (ETA: unconfirmed, but reported by former bandmate in his 70’s punk band, The Avengers)

Just Googled it, he did pass Christmas Eve.

I liked his classic country/rockabilly type of leads. I remember him most for San Francisco Days.
