Yes he was about the kingdom of earth. He spent word after word explaining to his followers how to exist among the world. And, if you lend any weight to the other books in the Greek scriptures, you will understand that there was a whole “organization” of home churches across the area, and Paul wrote numerous letters to these congregations and counseled them on their internal political structure and how to exist among the world.

To ignore the social aspects of the Greek scriptures is to ignore a large part of the message of the New Testament.
