FBV, My daughter,who has her Masters in Human nutrition, told us some time ago that to reduce muscle soreness that accompanies new workout routines, take extra Vitamin C. We used to get it in powder form and mix it into juice. It works, although I can’t remember the amount to use. I seem to remember just mixing about a teaspoon of the powder into the juice.
Creatine works great.
