What part of “65% Shia, 32% Sunni” was unclear to the idiots in the Bush administration that thought toppling Saddam Hussein meant ‘mission accomplished’?

Late to the party, so forgive me if someone has already said this…
I’m pretty sure it was the Shia and Sunni part that wasn’t really clear.
At least Bush didn’t know that there was a difference.
