We did some amazing high cuisine Mexican food in Mexico City. Oh man, I still remember that meal and it’s coming up on ten years.

A lot of the Mexican around here is either taquerias or orange cheese, but there’s a few places starting to break the mold. A lot of them tend to veer into fusion, though.
