Yes indeed! It’s just a quick little clip with this apparatus that slides down, pushes the extra stuff down, and clips it off. In layman’s terms.

Every time I come across a news article on female genital mutilation, the comment thread will be filled with people saying “the West” has no right to condemn it as long as male circumcision is legal here, and that the condemnation is therefore rooted in racism.
