You yawn a lot. I find a half-hour nap, judiciously applied after a morning run and some breakfast, can help with that.
Powernapping in the evening, however, is the work of the devil, and should not be tolerated.
If I nap at all I get real b_t_hy! Unless I’m sick, you won’t catch me napping at all.
